RECOMMENDATION: That City Council approve this strata title application.
OBSERVATIONS:

This is an existing small multibay warehouse building along Kingsway that the owner
wishes to subdivide and sell to individual tennants. As this building is. lecatcd -
in a visually prominent location, scheduled for M-1 Light Industrial use, it is
this reports opinion that the request will not affect the problem of discouraging
similar developments in the M-2 Heavy Industrial area.

In conclusion, approval of this application is recommended as it does not affect
City policies respecting use of industrial land. .
