NOTICE OF PUBLIG HEARING

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chumbers, Port Coquitliom City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, January Sth, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Pore
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". .
By-law No. 1796: to rezone Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of a Plan

of Subdivision in process of the East half of Lot "D" and of a

portion of the West half of Lot ‘"p" of Lot 3 of the North’East

Quarter, Section 6,. Township 40, Plan 9737, New Westminster

District; prepared by Vernon C. Goudal & Associates, British
Columbia Land Surveyors and assigned Drawing No, c~3074-80,
from RS-2 and assigning the Zone Designation of: RS~1 to Luts
1,.2, 3, and 4 thereof; and, RT-l to Lot 5 thereof.

This property is addressed as 825 and 831 Prairie Avenue and

the rezoning is being undertaken to permit the subdivision of
the property into six separate lots, four of which will be
assigned the Zone Designation of RS-1 and used as the sites for

single family residences, one of which will be zoned RT-1 and

be used as the site of a duplex dwelling; and one of which will
remain zoned RS~2. The lot on which it is proposed to construct
‘the duplex will have its access from Prairie Avenue. The subdivision
plan proposed for the property will complete the extension of Wright
_ Avenue from Cedar Drive to Fir Street.
A copy of’ the proposed by-law, the plan of Vernon Cc. Goudal & Associates,
B.C.L.S. referred to therein, and other relevant documents, may be’
inspected in the Office of the City Cleck, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on
working days, December 23rd, 1980 to January 5th, 1981.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity te be heard. at. che

Public Hearing on matters contained in the’ by-law.
