shown on registered plan 2132, having an area of 0.0174 ha

B.C.L.S. dated July 2, 1980, a copy of which is attached
at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and-in exchange for
those certatfia parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding
Section hereof. :
3. Those portions of Road and Lane shown dedicated in District

»Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District described in Section 1

hereof are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds.

4. The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
' conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the Roads

5. . The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,
receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary
for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City
thereto. ; : ,

6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Marshall Avenue

and Warwick Avenue Road Exchange By-law, 1980, No. 1768",
