A By~law to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port JUL ? 1980
Coquitlam to dispose of portions of Road and ‘Lane shown dedicated in
District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District in exchange for
sufficient land to relocate the. said Roads and Lane. uf
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is
desirous of cancelling portions of Road and Lane shown dedicated in
District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District in the City of
Port Coquitlam, in the Province: of British Columbia;
"AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in
Section 2 of this By-law has agreed to convey the said land to the City
in exchange for the lands comprising the portions of Road and Lane shown
dedicated in District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District, to
be cancelled; ,
“AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the
Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council

may by By-law dispose of any Portion of a highway in exchange for such

“lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, Straightening,

relocating or diverting the highway;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:.
1, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized
to convey to the Registered Owner of the land described-in Section 2 of
this By-law, ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts ‘of land
and premises vhich may be more particularly described as follows:
(a) All those portions of Marshall Avenue in Block A, Lane and
Warwick Avenue in Block F in District Lot 255, Group One,
New Westminster District as shown dedicated on registered
Plan 2106 having areas ef 0.0098 ha, 0.0122 ha, & 0.0202
respectively and shown on a reference Pian cortified by
Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., dated July 2, 1980, a copy

of which fs attached
