From Alderman E.W. Mabbett, September 17th, 1979 recommending that Ald. Mabbett,
Sept. 17/79 re

the problem with relocation of poles be discussed with the B.C. Relocation of
Poles.

Telephone Co. and B.C. Hydro to see if the City can come up with a

better situation when doing road construction.

That as recommended by Alderman E.W. Mabbett, September 17th, 1979
the Public Works Committee discuss the problem of pole relocation with the

B.C. Telephone Co. and B.C. Hydro.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution discussion ensued on
the need to preplan construction of roads to give advance notice for

pole relocation and the Public Works Committee will look into this.
