A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam ass sion™of

Land By-law, 1970, No. 992".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. Section 102 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land
By-law, 1970, No. 992" is repealed and the following substituted therefor:
"102.(a) Unless otherwise defined herein, any work or expression
, in this By-law shall have the same meaning as any
similar word or expression contained in the "Land
Registry Act" being Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes
ef British Columbia, 1960, as amended, or as the same
may be re-enacted from time to time.
Metric units are used for some of the measurements
in this By-law. The approximate equivalent of those
units fin customary or Imperial Units of Canada Measure

‘(feet, acres, etc.) are shown in brackets following

each Metric measurement and such bracketted figures

are included for convenience only and do not form
part of this By-law."
“2. Part 4 of the By-law, including Sections 401 to 409,
inelusive, of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted

therefor:
