April 20th, 1979 permission be granted to hold a Tag Day during "Navy

From the Greater Vancouver Water, Sewerage and Drainage District,

1979.

Discussion ensued on the proposed seminar and Alderman Laking

stated in his opinion the seminar should be held at a more suitable time
as the date of June lst conflicts with a number of other activities
concerning Municipal Officials who may wish to take part in the seminar.
Alderman Ranger stated in his opinion the seminar should be held on a
Saturday when a larger number of people would be available.

That the Greater Vancouver Water, Sewerage and Drainage District be
requested to hold their seminar on a more suitable date, preferably on a

Saturday, as June lst, 1979 conflicts with other conferences involving

Municipal Officials.
