Schedule of permitted land use: .

of the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch of the Ministry of Consumer and
Corporate Affairs of the Province of British Columbia and such uses as are
pernitted in areas of the City zoned H-3 (Special Industrial);

All building shall be constructed in accord with the plans annexed

hereto which said plans form part of this Schedule.
