Re: Land Use Contract No. 13 - By-Jaw No. 1388 - Westgate Enterprises Ltd.
2986 Coast Meridian Road

As Council is aware, a Zoning Public Hearing was held on July 14th, 1975 with
respect to the above-noted matter.

In the normal course of events, By-law No. 1388 would be considered for third
reading at the next. Council meeting (tonight ~ July 28th) but in view of the
fact that all Council members will not be in attendance until Monday, August
25th, 1975 Mayor Campbell has instructed that the By-law not be presented
for third reading until that time.
