NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, November

19th, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend

the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" and to authorize

.issuance of a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1284: to rezone Lot 2 and Lots 36 to 39, inclusive,

Block 21, District Lot 464, Plan 2363, from RM-2 (fedium-Density
Apartment Residential) to C-3 (Flint Aveaue Commercial).

This property is located at 2072 Coquitlam Avenue and 2067, 2069,
and 2073 Suffolk Avenue and it is expected that the Commercial
Hotel located at 2089 Lougheed Highway will be extending its
parking lot over these properties and a consolidation of these
properties with other property in the area owned by the Commercial
Hotel and used as the site of the Hotel and for parking will be
affected by a Plan of Subdivision so as to form one parcel.

By-law No, 1285: to rezone Lot 270, Southeast Quarter Section 7,

Township 40, Plan » from RS-1 (One-Family Residential) and

RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to P-1 (Civic Institutional).
This property is lucated West and North of the 3800 Block Killarney
Street and the 900 Block Raymond Avenue and is the site of the
proposed "Lincoln Avenue School" to be built by School District No.
43 (Coquitlam).

By-law No. 1287: to authorize the Council to,enter into a Land Use
Contract with Florence Mylroie, 2156 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitlan,
B.C. and Frank Yerio Kimmel and Mary Mildred Kimmel, 2032 Suffolk
Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. in the form and to the exteat set forth
in "Land Use Contract. No. 5" which Schedule is annexed to and made
pare of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. $ shall extend
to and shall regulate the development and use of lands described as
Lot 4, Block 32, District Lot 464, Group Ove, Plan 7080, New
Westminster District. :
