Design) program to have input into the above planning application,

have some concems that should be considered before this planning application is
approved,

The concems involve the increase in traffic to the area, increuse in pedestrian traffic and
the need for a third drinking establishment within the Port Coquitlam downtown core,

1 will attempt Lo explain my position regarding each of these concerns.

1. Increuse in traffic,
The pub will increaso the flow of traffic in and out of the area. People will not stay
ay long inside & pub compared to & restaurant. There will also be an increase when

off counter sales become part of the establishment, There appears to be limited
puking for the pub itself
