THAT the Municipal Council purchase Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Plan 1931 more
commonly known and described as 1781-1791 Menzies Street for the sum of One Hundred

Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($145,000.00).

An appraisal from Penny & Keenleyside Appraisals Ltd. has been obtained and a map of the

property is attached.
