Re: Amendment to Bylaw No. 2578

With reference to your January 15th, 1992 report concerning the above
noted subject this will advise that when the same was considered at the
regular Council meeting held on January 20th, 1992 the Council passed the
following resolution:

"That the amendment to Section 4.2.1 of Bylaw No. 2578 be referred to the
Protective Services Committee to consider allowing fireworks to be discharged
on December 31st of each year."
