Also as you requested I have had a quick look at the DCC’s for this development.
It is my opinion that the following DCC’s would apply:

1) Water DCC’s - Area 3 applied at $4.33 per square metre of building
development. |

Road DCC’s - Applied at $19.43 per square metre of building development.
3) Drainage DCC's - Applied at $8,764 per hectare of land development.
Please note that I will have to review the historical files to see if possibly the
Drainage DCC was paid for the entire area on previous building permits or development
applications. Since the Road and Water DCC’s are based on square metres of building
development it is unlikely the DCC’s were previously paid. for these.
