Property Consolidation - Central Park

RESOLUTION:

“That the subdivision plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, BCLS, and dated
August 30th, 1988 where in the portion of dedicated road referred to in the
“Central Park Road Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2404" 4ts added to adjacent

property and Lots A and B with areas of 0.6500 ha and 0.5068 ha are created be
and same is hereby approved

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the

said reference plan and such other documenta as may be required on behalf of
the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.”

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Passage of the above noted resolution by the Council will complete the
proceedings umder Bylaw No. 2404 which was considered for final reading
earlier this evening.
