The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, euacts as follows: Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 178 and 179 District Lot 4 Township 39 Plan 41277 New Westminster District. is hereby rezoned from RM-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Por* Coquitlam Zouing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
