NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 7, Block 8, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster,
(located on the Southside of the 2200 Block Stafferd Avenue) be sold to
Gaj Prasad Lal, 2824 Commonwealth Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for
the price or sum of $42,500.00.

2. The adjustment dete be April 29th, 1988 or earlier.

3. The possession date be April 29th, 1988 or earlier.

: 4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
