The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots 5 to 8, inclusive, Block 10 District Lot 288 Group One Plan 2111 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M3 (Clean Industrial) and the Zoning map of the "Port Coguitiam zoning Bylaw, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
