THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM
BYLAW NO. 2335

A Bylaw to amend the"Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 22406".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lots 5 to 8, inclusive,
Block 10

District Lot 288

Group One

Plan 2111

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M3 (Clean
Industrial) and the Zoning map of the "Port Coguitiam zoning Bylaw,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coguitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2335"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this llth day of January,
1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of January,
1988,

Public Hearing held on this lst day of February, 1988.
