A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act
Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the
Council Chamber, Port Coquitiam City Hall on Monday, July 20th, 1987 at
7:00 pem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, Jed.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.

Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, City Treasurer J.G. Maittand, and
Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw
would now be considered:

BL/01/87/07/20/01
Bylaw No. 2286: to rezone:

(a) Lot 44 of a Subdivision Plan of Portions of District
Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District, prepared
by Gary C. Sundvick, B.C.L.S., and bearing file number
1103-0; said Lot 44 containing 0.2757 ha;

from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Smal! Lot Residential)
(b) Lot 45 of a Subdivision Plan of Portions of District
Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District, prepared
by Gary C. Sundvick, B.C.L.S., and bearing file number
1103-0; said Lot 45 containing 0.2010 ha;

from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential)

The property is located at the West side of Pitt River Road South of
Citadel Drive and the rezoning would permit the subdivision of the
property. .

No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:55 poem.
