You will note that at the bottom of the fiscal framework table that Coquitlam is shown as No. 1 and No. 2. ito. 1 is the caiculations of our fiscal framework as you advised us. No. 2 is our calculation of what we think the fiscal framework should be using the average annual salary that I mentioned to you in our letter of 84-01-04 (copy attached). The purpose of this letter is to make a last desperate appeal for you to provide us with a supplementary grant or in some other way to effectively increase our fiscal framework to provide a more equitable situaticn in this school district compared to other large school districts. We have just over 20,500 pupiis.
