A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on August lOth, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor G.R, Laking, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer G.H. Sawada, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Acting-City Planner A. Phillips, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.s. Wingrove, Assistant City Engineer T. Chong, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer, City Collector Mrs. J.E. Fraser, and Mrs. Audrey Leonard. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved -by Alderman Wright: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on July 13th, July 20th, and July 27th, 1981 be taken as read and adopted. Carried: During the course of consideration of the resolution quoted above Alderman Muldoon raised several points in connection with the minvtes of July 13th and 20th and Mayor Laking instructed the Clerk to make the necessary corrections or additions where justified. DELEGATIONS: From the Family Court Committee, District #43, July 22nd, 1981 referring to the transfer of the Coquitlam Family Court on a temporary basis to New Westminster, B.C., and the City Clerk advised than an expected representative was not yet in attendance.
