NOTICE OF TURLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in. the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 25th, 1981 at 7:30 p-m. to
consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. .1841: to rezone Lot 77, North West Quarter of
Section 6, Township 40, Plan 33655, New Westminster District,
from CS~1 to C-2.

This property is located at 3310 Coast Meridian Road and it is
expected that a two-storey commercial/office building containing
9,200 sq. ft. of rental space will be constructed on the property

following completion of the rezoning procedures. | .
A copy of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City ech, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days — from May 14th,
to May 25th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing. on matters contained in the by-law.
