That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, August 15th,

1980 the Clty contribute $5,000.00 towardn the cost of construction of

Hastings Street with the money to be taken from uncommitted funds avallable

in the Publie Works Budget;
AND THAT the developer be required to complete the road improvement
to the north end of his property line and south to the existing end of

finished street.

Prior to passage of the forepoing resolution Alderman Keryluk
suggested that the road improvements be referred back te the Publ ie
Workea Committee for further study and Mayor Laking advised there wan a
time factor diavolved,

From the Publie Works Committee, August J5th, 1980 recommending
that "No Parking" regulations be implemented in the 1700 Block Westminster
Avenue between §:00 a.m. and 5:00 pom, for thirty meters on beth sides
of the new culedessae on the south aide and from the entrance ta the
parking lor up to the east property Tine of the school on the nerth
side,
