I would suggest that my notations on the maps be cross-checked if high reliability of information is required. This check could be carried out by Joan Frasers department and would help eliminate possible errors or explain apparent discrepancies, such as: (1) The "red" line indicating that a residence is presently being charged Subdividers rate could be incorrectly present or absent at the lots in question. : (2) There could be extenuating cireumstances involving the connection which would explain a charge that does not fit the definitions.
