BY-LAW NO. 1584

A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road adjacent
to Lot 1, Block 5, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 2392, New Westminster
District and shown dedicated on Plan 2392, in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the “Municipal
Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbiz,

1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up
and close to traffic a portion or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of
highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. All that portion of road adjacent to Lot 1, Blozk 5, District Lot
380, Group One, Plan 2392, New Westminster District and shown dedicated
on Pian 2392, which may be more particularly described as follows:

All that portion of road situated in Block 5, District Lot 380,

Group One, New Westminster District shown dedicated on registered

plan 2392 and having an area of 127.8 m2 shown outlined red on

Plan prepared by W.E. Frith, B.C.i.S. and dated the 15th day of
February 1978; a copy of which said plan is attached hereto;

is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Block 5, Plan

2392 Road Closure By-law, 1978, No. 1584".
