A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council
Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Halil, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday,
August 22, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay, and Councillors M.J.Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, and
M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator T.M. Chong, Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk
G.S. Chubaty, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Planner J. Lee, Director of Parks & Recreation

K.J. Taylor, and Fire Chief G.W. Routley.

His Worship Mayor L.M Traboulay advised that the following proposed Bylaws would now be
considered: —

The designation "Local Commercial" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Coramunity Plan
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2848" applying to:

is removed and the designation "Neighbourhood Commercial" is applied.

The property is located at 1502 - 1508 Columbia Avenue.

7 No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
