SERVICE CONNECTION - VICTORIA PARE HALL - 3435 VICTORIA DRIVE, CITY OF COQUITLAM (Public Works Committee Meeting of April 26, 1994) That Council authorize the Port Coquitlam Engineering Department to install a four inch diameter sanitary sewer service from the Port Coquitlam sanitary sewer main on Victoria Drive to Victoria Park Hall at 3435 Victoria Drive in the City of Coquitlam provided that Coquitlam pays the full installation cost (estimated to be $4,365) and provided that the City of Coquitlam pay the annual sanitary sewer user rate (the rate for 1994 is $174). The City of Coquitlam requests that Port Coquitlam grant approval for the installation of a four inch diameter sanitary sewer service from Victoria Park Hall (which is within the City of Coquitlam) to the existing Port Coquitlam sanitary sewer in Victoria Drive. At present Victoria Park Hall uses a septic sewer system. It is recommended that Council grant this request provided that the City of.
