Meetings with client, contractors etc. Assist and advise city regarding tender acceptance and the review and comment upon the use of alternate materials and methods that may be proposed in tender documents by contractors. Office and field services during the construction period following the award of contract. This will include reviewing shop drawings as required, periodic visits to the site to familiarize ourselves generally with the progress and quality of work, review of progress claims. Option 2 1, Complete Contract Documents & Spacifications for a partial seismic upgrade of the base building structure.
