A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of laud situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Lot 156 Lot l
District Lot 479 Distriet Lot 479

Group One Group One

Plan 26223 Plan 20117

New Westminster District New Weatminater Diatrict

are hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Bort Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2701”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of Auguet, 1992.
