SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:

The aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following
uses only in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule
"II" of this bylaw:

(a) All uses permitted under the M~1 (General Industrial) zone; and

(b) the following uses permitted under the Pel (Public

Institutional) zone:

living accomodation for a caretaker or. watchman, where
accomodation is essential to the operation of the facility; such
accommodation shall be:

i. located within a principle building housing a permitted
institutional use; |

ii. limited to the caretaker or watchman;

an integral part of the principle but 1lding and ineluded
dn the building plans thereof; .

fully separated from the institutional use by walls,
partitions or floor. . a
