SUBJECT: Right of Way Encroachment
3275 Ricard Place

Recommendation:

That the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam approve the encroachment of a
roof overhang on the Statutory Right of Way through 1275 Ricard Place,
provided that the owner of the property agrees to use a construction joint

along the entire iength (both sides) of the Right of Way if a concreted
driveway is built.

Background & Comments:

The Public Works/Traffic Committee considered the attached memorandum from the
Project Technician regarding the request for an approval of a minor
encroachment over a Storm Sewer Right of Way at 1275 Ricard Place. The
Committee felt that this Right of Way encroachment was minor in nature and
would not interfere with the maintenance of the Storm Sewer.
