SUBJECT: Parks & Recreation Master Plan

Recommendation:

l. To proceed with a proposal call for the City of Port
Coquitlam Parks & Recreation Master Plan

To adopt the terms of reference for the proposal call
as outlined in schedule A.

That an application be nade to B.C. Lotteries for part
of the funding.

That the estimated cost of $40,000 - $60,000 be funded
from the Parks & Recreation Capital budget, except
Section 3A in Schedule A, which will come form Park
D.C.C. Funds.

That a senior staff committee interview the
consultants with a recommendation to the Parks &
Recreation Committee and Council
