percentage of costs to be paid by municipalities
should continue to increase, perhaps even to 100
percent, would such an increase cause you and your
Council to establish an independent municipal
Police department or would you continue to
contract policing services from the R.C.M.P.?

If the Federal Government should decide to
discontinue the delivery of R.C.M.P. services to
your municipality, would you and your Council
establish your own municipal police department or
would you prefer to join with a neighbouring
municipality in a regional policing arrangement?
