The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to purchase of and from the Registered thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows: . 20 (a) AlL that portion of Lots 2, 3, 4, 19, and 21 of Block 14 of ‘the North West: One Quarter Section 6 Township 40 New Westminster District as shown on Registered Pian 2324 included within the "+ xed outline on By-law Plan sworn by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the 18th day of August 1978, a copy of which is attached. (b) All that, portion of the East 117 feet of Block 15 of the North West One Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District as shown on Registered Plan 7086, included within the red outline on By-law Plan sworn by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the 18th day of August 1978, a copy of which is attached. at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that certain parrel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3. ' Those portions of Road and Lane shown dedicated in the North West Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324, New Westminster District outlined . in green on the said plan of Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. are hereby closed and ’ stopped up to traffic of all kinds. 4. The ‘said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the Roads and Lanes in the North West Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District. | 5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as way be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. 6.
