Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution the City Planning
Officer explained the proposed rezoning and advised the proposed development
would be on the northwest corner of Broadway and Morgan and that it
would have a buffer strip separating the industrial area from the present
residential area,

acquired by the Ministry of Highways for the purpose of the Mary Hill
By~pass and as a result Mrs. Heeres requests permission to construct a
new home on her property at 1248 Pitt River Road, described as Lot 17,
District Lot 232, Plan 25347. The property is now zoned RS~? and is
under one acre in size without Sanitary sewer necessitating the need for

‘a Land Use Contract.

-7th, 1978 a Land Use Contract be drawn up with Mrs. S. Heeres, 1141 Pitt
River Road to allow construction of a single family home at 1248 Pitt
River Road, described as Lot 17, District Lot 232, Plan 25347.
