A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on May 29th,
1978.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R.
Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M. A. Thompson in

attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,

City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Fire Chief
W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J. Boileau, Parks Superintendent A.
Hoogendoorn, Planning Officer L. Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor,
City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W.
Ulmer, and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.

Hearing:

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following
proposed By-law to authorize the Council to enter into "Land Use Contract

No. 26 Authorization By-law, 1978, No. 1606" would now be considered:

To authorize the Council to enter into Land Use Contract No. 26 LUC #26 Auth.
B/L, 1978.

with Werner Petersilie, 8617 ~ 10th Avenue, Burnaby, B. C. in the form
and to the extent set forth therein and shall extend to and regulate the
development and use of land described as Lot 41 and 42, Block "Q",
District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 19410, New Westminster District. The
above noted property is located at 2860 and 2880 Oxford Street. Upon
issuance of Land Use Contract No. 26 a 12-unit townhouse strata title
subdivision as permitted In the RM-4 (Maximum Density Apartment Residential)
would be created.

No one wes present to comment on the proposed By-law.
