° Several residents felt that parking for 53 cars
is not sufficient.

° Questions were raised as to whether or not Brown
Street would be upgraded.

° Some residents felt that a neighbourhood pub in
the industrial area is not desirable.

In conclusion, the meeting was orderly. Only two or
three residents have clearly stated that they disapproved of
a pub.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m,
