-2.< With regards to our advisory committee, this has been formed and its first meeting will be Tuesday, December 3rd, 1974 at City Hall. The nucleus of the committee will be the present Health Committee of City Council and this will be augmented by representatives from the R.C.M.P., the Probation Service, local school counsellors, the Recrea- tion Centre, and the Department of Human Resources, From each of these representatives. we are expecting some input and direction in develop- ing and coordinating our programme. With their assistance we hope to assume a more active and integrated role in the comminity and develop our role as a referral centre and resource for other agencies, Recent Progress Since we received our confirmation of re-funding, we have made some improvements in our physical set-up. They are: 1) Repanelling and painting of pool room 2) Recovering of pool. table and purchase of additional equipment 3) Purchase of a new ping pong table an3 equipment (funds donated by local Kinette group) 4) Installation of new fluorescent lighting throughout New curtains and new paint job on floor of activities room. A daily janitor service (through the department of Human Resources)
