. We wish to make application to the City ef Port Coquitlam. for
the annual financial assistance to our Chenber for the year 1972,
and for this surpose we enclose our budget cutlining our proposed
program and financial requirements for the year,

.. Whereas it is the Chamber's intention to establish a centra-
lized service and information centre for the benefit of the
residents, newcomers, and visitors to District 43, we. have de-
tailed our budget under three separate headings,

The objects of the service and information centre would in-
clude matters regarding: :
Business and services
Emergency information
Landlord-tenant relations
Credit Probleng
Shady sales prictices
Transportation
Tourist information
Area maps and brochure distribution
Receiving area inquiries and refer-
ring them to the proper authorities.
Service clubs
Youth services
Counselling
Ete.
