Korea armistice means that arms ex-
penditures can be reduced NOW, that
hundreds of millions can be spent to ex-
pand Canadian economy in peace, to
build homes and schools and hospitals,
the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Saskatch-
ewan Dam, the Trans-Canada gas pipe-
line, to raise old-age pensions to $75 a
month and double Family Allowances,
and cut taxes. There can be iobs for all
workers, markets for all farmers, op-
portunities for the youth.
