This application is to rezone the property at 1502-1508 Columbia Avenue
from C~1 (Corner Store) to CD (Comprehensive Development) to allow more
flexibility to commercial aad retail uses on the premises. (See Appendix 1)
The area is designated as "Local Commercial" in the Official Commumity Plan.

COMMENTS FROM OTERR DEPARIMENTS
Engineering Department:

The existing concrete extruded curb is to be removed and replaced with
barrier type curb and gutter and a concrate sidewalk conatructed on the
north side of Columbia Avenue from Pitt River Read to the lane west.

Building Department:

An application for a Building Code review ia vequired at the time when the
change in the class of occupancy occurs.
