A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the
Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, November
29th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors, M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Taibot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Administrator B.R. Kirk, Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk G.

Chubaty, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz,
Nirector of Community Planning C.R. Felip, and Fire Chief J.L. Baillie.
