Felip, and Fire Chief J.L. Baillie. The property is located at 2465 Glenwood Street and would permit the development of a duplex. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment. Bylaw No. 2859 To rezone: Lot A District Lot 174 Group One Plan 9069 New Westminster District from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment).
