BYLAW NO. 2513

A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section i(e) of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No.
1117" 1s amended to include “industrial properties”.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A” of the Bylaw is amended by
inserting therein, in ite correct alphabetical order, No Parking at
Anytime, in the Jane east of Rae Street which provides access to Lot 1,
Plan 79386.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "4" of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, No Parking at
Anytime, in the lane between Citadel Drive and Nova Scotia Avenue which
provides access to Lot 1, Plan 77488 SPNW 2848.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule “A” of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Parking restricted -
Passenger Boarding or Discharge - on each and every day, on south side of
McAllister Avenue from a point 45 metres from south east property line of
Lot 18, Plan 1213 to a point 51 metres west.

Clause (b) (111) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by
deleting therefrom the present Limited Time Parking ~ 2 hour - 8:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. ~- Monday to Saturday inclusive, on Lots 43,44, and S. 96" of
Lot 42, Block 1, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster
District and Lot 50, Block 1, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 17244, New
Westminster District.

Clause (b) (111) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further
amended by inserting charein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited
Time Parking ~ 2 hour ~ 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m - Monday to Saturday,
inclusive, on immediately adjacent to the north side of Lot 15, Plan 1213.

Section 1 of Schedule "B" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in
correct alphabetical order, the following location of stop signs:

On Bailey Court at the northeast corner of Confederation Drive.
On Donald Street at the northwest corner of Central Avenue.

On Donald Street at the northwest corner of Hawthorne Avenue.

On Donald Street at the southeast corner of Hawthorne Avenue.

On McLennan Court at the northeast corner of Confederation Drive.
On Paladin Terrace at the northwest corner of Palisade Crescent.
On Palisade Crescent at the northeast corner of Citadel Drive.
