Hydro right cf way along the west Dank of Mary Hill. The Development permit area includes land east, up the slope from Mary Hill Road, south of the B.C. Hydro right of way and north of Mary Hill Bypass, as shown ou the map below. Within the south Mary Hill area, the City is implementing a development permit system for properties within the development permit area zoued for multiple family development, RM-1, RM-2 and RMW3, Pursuaat to Section 945(4)(b) and (e) of the Municipal Act, the area shown outlined on the Officta.
