BYLAW NO. 2356

A Bylaw to amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pert

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule A of the “Traffic Regulation
Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117" is amended by altering the present restriction
of “Parking Prohibited at all times" as appliud on the East side of
Pitt River Road from Routley Avenue to Langan Avenue in order that it
will apply from a point 35 m South of Routley Avenue to Langan Avenue.

Subelause (1) of Glause (e) of Section 10 of Schedule A of the Bylaw
is amended by deleting the distance of "50 m”" and inserting in its
place the distance "130 m".

Section 1 of Schedule B of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein,
in correct alphabetical order, the following locations of stop signs:

(a) On Kilmer Street at the Northwest corner of Fraser Avenue.
(b) On Larch Way at the Southeast corner of Fraser Avenue.

(ec) On Renton Way at the Northeast corner of Wellington Avenue.
fd) On Leggatt Place at the Northeast corner of Yarmouth Street.

Schedule "E" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting, after Section 8,
the following as Section 9:

"9, The passage of vehicles in either a Easterly or Westerly
direction on Harbour Street across the Northerly production of
the East property line of Lot 1, Plan 73722 is prohibited."

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation
Bylaw, 1971, No. ili, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2325".
