Background & Comments Initially the city had budgeted monies to provide for a water connection for the water park. However, the Kinsmen were able to connect to existing water at the Learner pool. The cost for this water connection would have been in the neighbourhood of $2,000. The Kinsmen have requested assistance in providing some picnic tables and trees.
