Moved by Alderman Keryluk: seconded by Alderman Laking: That the appticant be offered the opportunity to obtain additional lot width to permit them to subdivide their property into two RS-iA fots and to revise their application from RT-1 to RS-1A. AND that the applicant be encouraged to come to an agreement with the neighbour to the north to acquire enough land to increase the width of their lot and the fot to the south to permit both to be subdivided. Should the neighbour to the north not be agreeable, it is suggested they approach the neighbour to the south to make a joint approach to the City to acquire a portion of the adjoining lane. Carried.
