SUBJECT: Subdivision - Frasenview and Yaunouth

RECOMMENDATION:

That electric elements be installed in driveways that have slope exceeding 20%.
Thts applies only to existing driveways, probably 3 dwekling units.

COMMENTS:

The most recent subdivision on Fraserview and Yarmouth have posed bly 3 dwellings
have driveways that exceed the 20% grade shown on the subdivision plan. The

builder in this case 44 unable to achieve the maximum grade. After a meeting with
the builders, the City Engineer and mysel, it was felt that a parking pad was not
practical, therefore tracer elements would be a rneasonalble compAomise.
