Section 43 M-3, Special Industria! District (1) Intent To serve as a transition between industry and nearby commercial, residential! or agricultural uses. Uses Permitted The following uses are permitted, but only when sited and completely enclosed within a building: (a) warehousing, indoor storage and distribution of manufactured or processed products; . (b) Laboratories, and processing and finishing of manufactured goods; (c) trade schools; (d) wholesale and retai| sales, provided that the sales and display areas combined do not constitute more than 20 percent of the gross floor arez occupied by the business carrying out that use; and (@) municipal buildings, public and private Utilities. Development Regulations On a lot in a M3 Zoning District: (a) The maximum ratio of building gross floor area to the area of the lot is ist.
