Location of Property Affected: .

West of Pitt River Road in the vicinity of Yarmouth. Avenue and Saskatchewan Street.

Purpose of the Syiaw:
To permit the construction of multi-family dwellings on the properties (which are

presently owned by the City of Fort Coquittam).

Further information:
A copy of the proposed by!aw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 pem., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bytaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:
At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the

proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submisstons respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
